This application is filed to direct the 4th and 5th respondents to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.103 of 2013, on the file of third respondent and transfer the same to 6th respondent.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a charge sheet has been filed in S.C.No.408 of 2015 before the Additional Mahila Court, Tuticorin.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
