2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order 15.10.2015 in M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.18890 of 2015 has been complied by issuing proceedings Na.Ka.No.58000/W.2/E.3/2015 dated 02.06.2016 by the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed.
