ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / 2nd Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.11.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 109, 294(b), 302 and 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.219 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The previous bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 19.09.2024 in Crl.OP(MD).No.15431 of 2024. This Court does not find any change in circumstances. Unless and otherwise there is some progress shown in trial, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. There are 28 accused persons in this case and one after the other is not appearing before the Court and as a result there is no progress in this case. This attitude on the part of the accused persons cannot be appreciated by this Court.
