Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for has now become infructuous, since subsequent to the passing of the impugned suspension order, the petitioner has been reinstated on 30.04.2024, he has also attained the age of superannuation but he was not allowed to retire due to the pendency of a criminal case.
2.Since the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved as the impugned suspension order has been cancelled, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
