ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all the offences are bailable in nature.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offences are bailable in nature.

3. Considering the same, the petitioners are directed to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate and submit an application. In such a case, the Judicial Magistrate shall consider for granting bail on the same day.
