PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS Act. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.351/2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.351 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioners are not accused in this case. However, there is yet another case registered against them and when the police went to the spot, they attacked the police. In view of the same, the 2nd petitioner was arrested in that case.
3. Considering the above submission, there is no scope for granting any anticipatory bail to the petitioners in this case. 2/3
