: Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts' Act, 1971, praying to initiate the contempt proceeding against the respondent herein for her willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 11.12.2015 passed by this Honourable High Court in M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2015 in WP.(MD).No.22276 of 2015.

Prayer in MP(MD)No.1/2015 in WP(MD)No.22276/2015: To grant an interim direction , directing the respondent to restore the water connection to Petitioner's building bearing Door No.8-1-34B1 Aladipatti in Pannaikadu in Dindigul District pending disposal of the WP.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.22276/2015:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to restore the water connection to the petitioner's building bearing door No.8-1-34B1 and to pass such and other relives as this Honble Court.

The petitioner has come forward with this Contempt Petition seeking to initiate the contempt proceeding against the respondent herein for her willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 11.12.2015 passed by this Court in M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2015 in WP.(MD).No.22276 of 2015.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the contemnor is present before this Court. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the order of this Court the respondent has already complied with the order even before recovery of the arrears amount. He further submitted that the petitioner had submitted the Demand Draft only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 16.12.2015 and it has not yet been credited into the respondent's account.

3.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
