O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from make changes in the revenue records which is relating to the land belongs to the petitioner in S.No.25, R.S.No.25/C, T.S.No.28 to 50, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 4, AR Block No.18 to an extent of 3 acres 44 cents out of 16 A 73 cents situated at Melappalayam Village, Tirunelveli District in favour of the third respondent without due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the Tahsildar, Palayamkottai has instructed that they are not going to change the patta in favour of the third respondent, taking note of the fact that the execution proceedings are pending in O.S.No.182 of 2008.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petition may be closed.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
