This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15856 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions from the respondent police, submits that petition enquiry was conducted and the complaint of the petitioner has been closed on 07.10.2015 itself. A copy of the closure report is filed before this Court. Mr.S.Masilamani, Special Sub Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli is present.

3.Recording the submission that the complaint has been closed, this Contempt Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law and the contemnor is discharged.
