Today when the matter is taken up for further hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with in view of the fact that three thousand water connections have been given to the petitioner's village on priority basis and he has also produced a communication dated 15.02.2016 indicating the above said fact.

2. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Sub-Application is also closed.
