Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent i.e., the Commissioner of Social Welfare, Chinthathiripettai, Chennai- 600 002 to take further action on the report sent by the District Project Officer, Integrated child Development Project Office, Ramanathapuram in his Letter No.RC 512/A1 2008 dated 18.7.2014 regarding the payment of DCRG and Commutation within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
