ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks consideration of his representation for issuance of house site patta.

3.When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader informed the Court that it is proposed to put up an Auditorium in the petition mentioned site and that proceedings have been initiated for evicting the petitioner. The third respondent is directed to communicate his decision to the writ petitioner so that the petitioner can question the same in the manner known to law. 4.With this direction to the third respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
