This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/respondent and

to punish him for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22033 of 2015 dated 25.11.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that as per the direction of this Court a case in Crime No.249 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 506(i), 454 or 457, 380(NH) I.P.C, has been filed on the file of the Surandai Police Station and he has also produced a copy of the F.I.R into Court.

3. In view of the said submission, there is no need to pass any further order in this Contempt Petition. Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
