O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17007 of 2015 dated 02.09.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions from the respondent police, submits that petition enquiry was conducted and the complaint of the petitioner has been closed on 17.10.2015 itself. A copy of the closure report is filed before this Court. The respondent/contemnor, viz., M.Muthu Prem Chand, Inspector of Police, is also present before this Court.

3.Recording the submission that the complaint has been closed, this Contempt Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law and the contemnor is discharged.
