ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The basis for the Contempt Petition is an order passed by a Division Bench of the Principal Bench at Chennai in W.P.No.3007 of 2014 on 30.10.2014 to which one of us (S.K.K.,CJ.) is a party. In respect of the said order, an application for review/modification of the direction for fixation of auto fare is pending consideration and the matter is monitored in those proceedings.

2.In view of the aforesaid position, the petitioner cannot file the present contempt petition. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
