2. The petitioner filed a petition under Section 126 of BNSS Act, 2023 to the first respondent on 19.10.2023. As the first respondent did not number the petition, the petitioner filed the above Writ Petition for the aforesaid relief.
3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner's petition is numbered.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
