This Court by the order, dated 03.12.2015 issued a direction to the respondents therein to give temporary approval to the petitioner pending disposal of the writ petition. 2.Contending that there is no compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondents amounted to willfull disobedience to the order passed by this Court, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioner's appointment as B.T.Assistant has been approved. 4.Nothing survives for adjudication, as the compliance has been reported.
