Prayer in WP(MD)No.2061 of 2015:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant an approval on the petitioner's application for approval of the site in S.No.1421, 1423/3-4B measuring about 4.65 acres situated at Sundarapandiam village,Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, within the timeframe fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the order of this Court dated 08.07.2015 passed in W.P(MD)No.2061 of 2015 has already been complied with and the same has also been informed to the petitioner. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that she has no instructions from her client.
