The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.120 of 2011, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thuvakudi Police Station, Trichy District. The petitioners filed this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said FIR.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that on 24.05.2017 itself, the said FIR was closed under the provision of Section 468(ii) of Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
