Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus in the nature of writ calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the impugned notice dated 18.03.2014 in so far as the petitioner is concerned on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and further directing the 3rd respondent to resubmit the petitioner's proposal for approval to the 1st respondent and consequently directing the 1st respondent to grant approval to the appointment of petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 4th respondent school with effect from 15.6.12.

This Court, by order dated 15.12.2015, in M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2015 in W.P.(MD).No.11913 of 2014 directed the respondents herein to pay salary to the petitioner from the date of appointment within a period of six weeks. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the first respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.2475/A4/2014, dated 30.01.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
