ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to issue a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that so far, the third respondent has not preferred any complaint and the petitioner alone has preferred a complaint and on the basis of the complaint, he was directed to appear before the second respondent. In pursuance of the same, he has appeared and since the third respondent has not turned up, he has given a statement that he will approach the appropriate Court to sort out the issue. He would further submit that as of now, no complaint is pending against the petitioner. 2/4
