Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate Writ or order or Direction, in the nature of Writ, directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 2.6.2003 and count the service of the petitioner from 17.11.1997 to 2.6.2003 for pension purposes.
