This application is filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.58 of 2013, dated 14.02.2013, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Natchiarkoil Police Station, Thanjavur District and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
