ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction directing the second and third respondents to provide the police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering petitioners representation dated 16.10.2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is an issue between the husband and wife, over the occurrence stated to have 2/4

taken place, a complaint was also given by the petitioner herein against the counter parties on 16.10.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of registration of FIR, private respondents are making persistent trouble.

4. It is seen that the issue is between husband and wife to put up a separate house, continuous trouble has arisen, over which representation has been made. Let the representation be disposed of on its merits by summoning the petitioner and private respondents by ascertaining the ground situation, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
