The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 states that the alleged detenu appeared before the learned Single Judge of this Court in connection with Anticipatory Bail petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22050 of 2022 and has expressed that she is happily living with the third respondent on her own.

2. In view of the above facts, the Habeas Corpus Petition filed by the father of the detenu to bring the daughter, who is 24 years old eloped on her own along with the third respondent, is not maintainable and hence, this petition is dismissed.
