ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to the fourth respondent not to interfere in civil dispute of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2023.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and

5. He further submitted that the respondents 4 and 5 are father and brother of the petitioner. The joint family property in S.F.Nos.365/1, 364/1, 364/2, 363/1, belong to the petitioner's also. But, the respondents 4 and 5 were cutting teak wood trees without the consent of the petitioner. During the course of the enquiry, the third respondent pressurized the petitioner to withdraw the complaint. On that ground, the representation was made. Since no action was taken, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, only enquiry is undertaken.

4.Since the civil issue is pending between the parties, there is no question of harassment. Let the enquiry be completed and closed the same with a direction to the parties, to workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings.

5.With the above observations, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
