ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant permission and provide protection for conducting Annathanam and the use of Public Audio System on the eve of Thiyagi Immanuel Sekaranar's Guru Poojai at Thirumalaipuram Village, Thoppalaakarai Post, Aruppukkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, scheduled to be held on 11.09.2025, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that in connection with Thiyagi Immanuel Sekaranar's Guru Poojai, the Collector, Virudhunagar District has already issued certain directions, and, subject to compliance with the said directions, they have no objection to granting permission on the petitioner's representation.

3. Recording the above submission, and in light of the proceedings issued by the District Collector, Virudhunagar, dated 03.09.2025, which have already been extracted in the order passed today in W.P.(MD) No.1318 of 2025, no further direction is required.
