When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the order of this Court dated 23.04.2015 has been complied with and on the complaint dated 18.04.2015 given by the petitioner, the respondent Police conducted an enquiry and closed the same. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner across the bar.
