ORDER

Ths Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse Rs.1,09,510/- spent by the petitioner for the 2/5

treatment underwent by his wife P. Marybai within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner had submitted an application including all necessary particulars seeking reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred by him, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to take on record the application filed by the petitioner dated 18.07.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
