Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to take further action on the proposal of the 3rd Respondent dated 23.12.2012 and consequently grant patta to the petitioner in respect of two and half cents of land in S.F. No. 243 at Porunthalur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.
