ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to allow this petition and set aside the order passed by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti on remand report dated 15.09.2023 and cancel the bail granted to the 2nd Respondent on the date of arrest in connection in the crime.

2. The relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is not at all maintainable. If the petitioner wants to cancel the bail granted to the second respondent herein, he can very well move appropriate application before the concerned Court. There is no question of setting aside the rejection order, since there is nothing illegal.

3. With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
