ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The industrial shed was originally allotted by the respondent corporation in favour one individual. The original allottee appears to have sold the petition mentioned industrial shed in favour of the petitioner without getting formal no objection certificate from the respondent corporation. Now the petitioner wants to regularize the said transaction. In this regard, he has given a representation to the respondent. The learned standing counsel for the respondent states that it is the Board that has to take a decision in this regard. The respondent is directed to convene the Board and based on the resolution passed therein, take appropriate decision on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
