ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to forbear the respondents from shifting the existing Transformer situated at the entrance of the Hospital Road, Pattukottai in front of the petitioner's mosque namely Haji Khadir Muhaideen (WAKF) Mosque situated at Hospital Road, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the transformer has already been shifted away from the petitioner's mosque.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.12.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No sm 3/4
