JUDGMENT

The petitioner has come forward with this application for the non compliance of the order dated 25.08.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15085 of 2015.

2.This Court by order dated 25.08.2015 directed the respondent Police to investigate the case in Crime No.833 of 2013 and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. As the respondent has not complied with the said order, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Contempt petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.321 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offence under Sections 429 IPC and Section 30 of Indian Arms Act.

4.Recording the same, this Contempt petition is disposed of.
