ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2024.

2. When the matter is taken for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent a case in Crime No.745 of 2024 was registered for the offences under Sections 120(B), 406 and 420 of IPC against the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
