Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to pass appropriate orders for handing over the property in Survey No. 4/1, admeasuring 0.59 Acres with fixed boundaries in accordance with original Assessment order bearing No. MR. IV 97 C / ML/B3 dated 31.08.1984 with the time frame that may be stipulated by this Honble Court by considering representation dated on 12.08.2014.
