ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.281 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District as against the petitioners herein.

2. It is evident from the records that the respondent has filed a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C., for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A), 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Now the case stands posted for trial. Though the case is pending from 2015 since the learned Magistrate has posted the case for trial, the petitioner has come forward with the above petition to stall the proceedings.

3.Considering the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District is directed to complete the trial of the case in C.C.No.281 of 2015 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
