Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleaed to pass an order or Direction in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS by calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in RC.No.43330/Rect II(1) 2015 dated 14.5.2015 and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioenr as a Sub Inspector of Police pursuant to the selection made by virtue of the notification issued by the Tamil Nadu Uniformed services Recruitment Board for the post of Sub Inspector of Police, 2006. This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors/Respondents for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.8431 of 2015, dated 21.05.2015 and breach of their own undertaking given by them on 21.05.2015 which was recorded by this Court in W.P(MD)No.8431 of 2015, dated 21.05.2015.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the order of this Court, dated 21.05.2015 in W.P(MD)No.8431 of 2015 had been complied with vide proceedings in RC.No.A3/2635/257/2016, dated 01.03.2016 and a copy of the same is also produced herein.
