ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner had pledged the petition mentioned jewellery with the respondent Bank. He wants to redeem the same. It appears that the petitioner is not having other transactions with the Bank and therefore the Bank is claiming lien over the pledged items. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter for the present. The petitioner has given representation dated 11.08.2023. The respondent shall pass order thereon and communicate its decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
