When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the order of this Court dated 18.08.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11060 of 2015 has been complied with and the case in Cr.No.340 of 2013 was completed and the case has been closed as mistake of fact and the referred charge sheet notice has been served on the defacto complainant on 15.03.2016.
