Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to hand over the possession of the Tyota Fortnuner vehicle bearing No.TN58 AC8888 seized by them on 24.11.2014 besides forbearing them not to conduct the E-auction sale of the said vehicle on 24.3.2015 at 11.00 am to 4.00pm through www.cartradeexchange.Com by directing them to give time to settle the said loan in equal four installments .
