: Respondents/Contemnors Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, praying to punish the respondent herein for violation and disobedience of the order dated 09.06.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6089 of 2015 under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.6089/2015:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to remove the entry of attachment made in respect of the property comprised in T.S Nos. 850 & 851 Block NO. 4 , T.S Ward No.4, Bharathiyar Street, Tirunelveli Town and District with building bearing Door No. 36A by considering the petitioner representations dated 05.05.2014 and 08.08.2014 in accordance with the order passed in CMA (CS) NO.20 of 2009 dated 24.08.2011 on the file of Learned Principal District Judge cum Special Tribunal for Cooperative Cases, Tuticorin .

O R D E R

Alleging disobedience of the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.6089 of 2015, dated 09.06.2015., Contempt Application has been filed.

2. Pursuant to the statutory notice issued on 04.04.2016, both Ms.C.L.Sivagami, the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Office of the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District and Mr.Umapathi, the Joint Registrar - II, Tirunelveli are present before this Court.

3. Mr.R.Velmurugan, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6089 of 2015, dated 09.06.2015, has been duly complied with.

4. Mr.M.P. Senthil, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also fairly agreed that the order of this Court dated 09.06.2015 has been duly complied with.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Contempt Petition Stands closed. The presence of the contemnors / respondents are dispensed with. No costs.
