Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent herein for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.17204 of 2015, dated 23.09.2015.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents 2 & 3 to dispose of the petitioner complaint dated 11.03.2015 preferred under Circular No.67 issued by the 1st respondent, within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.

O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 23.09.2015, in W.P.(MD).No.17204 of 2015 directed the respondent herein to consider and dispose of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 11.03.2015, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the necessary parties, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that in pursuant to the direction of this Court, the respondent herein considered the complaint of the petitioner and rejected the same, by order dated 10.12.2015 in Na.Ka.No.2164/A1/2015 and hence, nothing survives in this contempt petition. He has also produced a copy of the said order.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
