Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings dated 27.05.2015 in O.Mu.No.2345/A2/2015 of the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein to approve the petitioners appointment B.T.Assistant (English) in the 5th respondents school w.e.f.18.10.2012 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
