This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2023.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no proper response from the petitioner, even after receiving the notice or summon as the case may be. The counter party Rajappan, who is the third respondent herein, also appeared and stated that in respect of the issue between the parties, over the property a suit in O.S.No.418 of 2023 is now pending on the file of the I Sub Court, Karur. 2/4
3. In view of the pendency of the civil suit between the parties, let the representation be closed by advising the parties to work out remedy before the concerned civil Court in the pending suit itself. I find no reason to entertain this petition.
