The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Karur, to dispose of the case in CC.No.25 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner (accused) is appearing regularly before the concerned Court, the defacto complainant is not appearing before the Court and therefore, there is no progress in C.C.No.25 of 2023.

3.In such facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Karur, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.25 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
