ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Crl.M.P.No.5429/2023, dated 18.10.2023.

2.The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 427, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act on the file of the respondent police. He moved anticipatory bail application before the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur in Cr.M.P.No. 5196 of 2023, that was considered favourably and condition was also imposed upon him to appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., for thirty days. Since the petitioner is working as Manager in private concerned in Chennai, he filed a petition in Cr.M.P.No.5492 of 2023 seeking modification of the above said condition, that came to be dismissed on the ground that the petitioner complied the condition only for 2 days.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition only for 6 days. Considering the nature of allegation that has been made against the petitioner and also considering his nature of work in Chennai, let the petitioner appear before the respondent police once in fifteen days on Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.

4.With the above said modification, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
