Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the Petitioners representation dated 16.09.15 for the payment of the Petitioners salary from 28.07.11 and for the petitioners regularization as ticket seller within a Stipulated period of this Court deem fit. O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been varied by order dated 22.01.2016 made in W.A.(MD) No.120 of 2016.

2.In such view of the matter, there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
