PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying this Court to punish the respondent i.e., the Executive Engineer, TWAD Board, Ramanathapuram for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.9549 of 2012, dated 22.05.2014 which was confirmed by the Honourable Division Bench in W.A(MD)No.1005of 2014, dated 12.02.2015 and in Review Application No.134 of 2015, dated 18.11.2015.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or directions in the nature of a writ direction the respondent to implement the orders dated 11.07.2011 of the Inspector of Factories, Sivagangai in his proceedings No.AA/1690/2009 in accordance with law within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
