This writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.11.2022 and to direct the respondents to expedite

the required audit to resolve if any defect related to increment occurred during his service and to release his Gratuity Amount with all monetary benefits after his retirement.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a retired employee and he retired from service as Superintendent of Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Sivagangai Regional Office, on 31.07.2022 on attaining the age of superannuation. However, his terminal benefits and other monetary benefits are not settled. For settling the same, the petitioner made a representation, dated 19.11.2022 to the first respondent and the same was not considered, till date and hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders within the time limit.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
